The children talked about what happens when we visit the dentist and the people we might see.  They helped to create a dentist role-play area where they could act out scenarios when visiting the dentist. During messy play, the children had the opportunity to investigate ingredients to create their own toothpaste.  In the Maths lesson, they used pictures of large and small teeth to create a pattern and used pictures of laminated mouths to practise writing and tracing our names.
