Pupil Voice
Gathering Pupil Feedback to Shape Our School
At Avalon, we value the thoughts, ideas, and experiences of our pupils. We regularly survey our pupils to gather pupil feedback, giving every child the opportunity to share their views about learning, wellbeing, and school life.
This “pupil voice” is an essential part of how we work to improve our school. The feedback helps us understand what we are doing well and identify areas where we can make positive changes. By listening to our pupils, we can develop initiatives, enhance teaching and learning, and create a supportive environment that actively promotes the wellbeing of every child.
Our commitment is to ensure that all pupils feel heard, valued, and involved in shaping a school where they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
